Studio Rules

1. Booking Time
-
1.1 Studio Hours: The studio is open daily (except public holidays) from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Night bookings are possible by special agreement. The minimum rental time is 1 hour.

1.2 Start of Booking: Rental time starts as specified in the order. Unused time due to late arrival will not be compensated. Extensions are possible only if the studio is available after your session.

1.3 Changes in Setup: Studio interiors are subject to continuous change and may not resemble the images displayed at the time of booking. If you require a specific setup during your booking, please notify us during booking so we can consider your preferences if possible.

1.4 Booking: Bookings can be made through our booking system at https://tulbifoto.ee/bookings.

2. Price
-
2.1 Hourly Rate: Prices are per hour and include the props and equipment described in the studio. The price does not include photography services.

2.2 Discounts: When booking two or more consecutive hours, the hourly rate decreases. Renting the studio for a full day is possible by special agreement.

2.3 Unused Time: If the session ends before the booked time, unused time will not be compensated.

2.4 Makeup Table Fee: The use of the makeup table costs €5 per hour and is available starting 1 hour before the session. Shorter usage does not reduce the fee. If you wish to use the makeup table for more than 1 hour, this must be arranged separately for an additional fee.

3. Prepayment and Time Changes

3.1 Prepayment: 100% of the rental cost must be paid when booking. If the booking is made under a company name with payment by invoice, the invoice must be paid before the booking. On-site payment is not possible.

3.2 Booking Changes: Bookings can be changed free of charge up to 48 hours before the session starts. Changes made less than 48 hours before the session incur a 50% additional fee. Changes less than 24 hours before the booking are not possible (except under the conditions described in point 3.4).

3.3 Maximum Postponement: Bookings can be postponed up to 90 days, with a maximum of 3 postponements allowed.

3.4 Late Change Add-On: Customers who have purchased the late change add-on can make one change up to 4 hours before the session without additional charge. Changes are not possible if less than 4 hours remain until the booking.

3.5 Changing via Link: Bookings can only be changed through the link sent with the confirmation email to the booker's email address. The new time must be confirmed, and proof of the change is the receipt of a new email with the updated time.

3.6 Price Difference: The studio does not compensate for price differences when choosing a cheaper hall for rescheduling.

3.7 Cancellation: No refunds will be provided for booking cancellations.

4. Rules of Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities: Smoking, consumption of alcohol or drugs, intoxication, and any activities that harm studio property or reputation or violate the law are strictly prohibited in the studio.

4.2 Open Flames: The use of open flames, including candles, sparklers, and other pyrotechnics, is prohibited.

4.3 Footwear: Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the designated photography areas of the studio. Please use slippers provided in the studio if necessary.

4.4 Clothing: If you plan to wear freshly purchased clothing, ensure it has been washed beforehand or does not transfer color to the studio's light furniture.

4.5 Animals: A maximum of two animals are allowed in the studio simultaneously. Only clean, groomed, and friendly animals are permitted. Owners are fully responsible for their animals and cleaning up after them (including fur). Sessions with animals must end 5 minutes earlier for the administrator to inspect the studio. To avoid disturbing other visitors, animals must be leashed or in a cage in public areas.

4.6 Food and Drinks: Food and drinks are not allowed in the studio, except for water. Fresh water is always available in the studio for quenching thirst.

4.7 Additional Materials: The use of additional materials (e.g., cakes, feathers, sequins, flower petals, etc.) requires prior agreement, and cleaning time is included in the booked time.

4.8 Safety and Security: The safety of children is the responsibility of their parents. The studio is not responsible for any injuries or health issues occurring during the session.

4.9 Prohibited Content: Filming or video shoots depicting violence, propaganda, pornography, or discrimination are prohibited in the studio.

4.10 Furniture Movement: Furniture movement is allowed if done carefully to avoid damaging floors, walls, or other interior elements. Clients are responsible for any damages caused. Return furniture to its original position.

4.11 Responsibility: Clients are responsible for the actions and damages caused by their guests. Clients must also pay for any additional cleaning services required.

4.12 Personal Belongings: Trash and personal belongings must be removed. The studio is not responsible for unattended and lost personal items. Items left in the studio will be disposed of after 2 months.

4.13 Acceptance of Rules: Acceptance of the studio rules is part of the rental terms. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.

4.14 Violation of Rules: In case of rule violations, the administrator has the final right to immediately stop the session at any time. Unused services will not be compensated in such cases. The studio reserves the right to deny future entry to individuals violating the rules.

5. End of Booking

5.1 Time Monitoring: The client is responsible for keeping track of the end of the booked time. We recommend setting a phone alarm to leave sufficient time for tidying up before the session ends.

5.2 Warning Before End: The studio administrator will notify you 5 minutes before the end of the booked time to begin preparing for cleanup. If the administrator finds the space excessively untidy, they have the right to immediately stop the session and begin tidying with the client.

5.3 Exceptions for Animals and Children's Corners: If animals are brought into the studio or the children's corner is used, the booking ends 5 minutes before the scheduled end, without exceptions.

5.4 Restoring Equipment and Furniture: All moved furniture or items in the studio must be returned to their original places at the end of the booking.

5.5 Tidying Personal Items: If you have brought personal items into the studio, they must be packed up and, if necessary, removed from the premises before the end of the booked time.

5.6 Floor Cleaning: If the floors have been dirtied (e.g., black marks) during the booking, inform the administrator immediately, who will provide the necessary cleaning supplies.

5.7 Original Studio Condition: At the end of the booking, the studio must be as clean and tidy as it was at the beginning of the booking.

5.8 Right to Issue Additional Invoice: If the studio is not ready for handover at the end of the booking, the studio has the right to issue a separate invoice to cover additional costs.

5.9 Respect Subsequent Clients: Please note that subsequent clients wish to use the studio in full during their booked time, making punctuality essential.
