Studio rules

  • 1. Booking

    • 1.1 Our studio is open every day (except Estonian national holidays) from 9.00 to 22.00. Upon prior agreement, you may also book a time during night hours. The minimum time period for a booking is one hour.
    • 1.2 Your session time begins and ends according to the time booked. Time lost to late arrivals will not be compensated. Extensions are only permitted if there are no bookings right after your session.
    • 1.3 Since the studio premises are constantly changing, the interior may not be similar to the pictures displayed at the time of booking when you visit the studio. If the booking is accompanied by a special request regarding a specific interior shown in the picture, then the studio should definitely be informed about this at the time of booking, so that the studio can take it into account and/or inform about the interior change.

  • 2. Price

    • 2.1 Prices are mentioned for 1 hour of rent, which also includes the requisite and equipment mentioned in the studio description. Studio rental fee does not include photographer services.
    • 2.2 In case of booking 2 or more hours straight, rental price will be lowered.
    • 2.3 There is no reimbursment in case the session ends earlier than the booking time.
    • 2.4 There is a two seated make-up table in the studio. Clients who booked the studio can use one place at the table for one hour before the time booked. We kindly ask you to inform us of your wish to use the table when filling out the studio booking application on our website. When booking a make-up table the client is obligated to arrive at the studio 1 hour ealier, unless otherwise agreed separately.
  • 3. Prepayment

    • 3.1 When booking the studio the client pays 100% of the cost of the total booked time through the booking system. If the order is made with an invoice in the name of the company the invoice must be paid before the booking.
    • 3.2 The client has the right to change the time of booking for no additional cost up to 48 hours before the booked time. If there are fewer than 48 hours left until the booking the client must pay an additional fee of 50% of the booking price to change the time of booking. If there are fewer than 24 hours left until the booking then it is not possible to change the booking time.
    • 3.3 The client has the right to change the time of the booking no further than 90 days into the future and can do so a maximum of 3 times.
    • 3.4 If the client has paid for the additional service to change the booking time less than 48 hours before the booked time then they have a right to change the time once at the latest up to 4 hours before the booked time. There is no separate charge for this change. If there is less than 4 hours left until the booked time then it is not possible to change the time.
    • 3.5 The client can change the booking time via the link in the confirmation email sent to the client.
    • 3.6 The studio does not compensate for the price difference that may arise due to the client's desire to exchange a more expensive hall for a cheaper one.
    • 3.7 In case of cancellation of a booking the studio will not refund any money.
  • 4. Rules of Behavior

    • 4.1 Smoking, drinking alcohol and taking drugs in the studio is strictly prohibited, as well as staying drunk or vandalizing the studio.
    • 4.2 It is strictly forbidden to use live fire (including candles, sparklers and other pyrotechnics) in the studio.
    • 4.3 Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the studio, as there are light-colored floors and carpets that could be ruined. Please bring clean shoes with you. Slippers are available at the studio.
    • 4.4 If you plan on wearing newly purchased clothing items then please wash them first to make sure that they won't color our light furniture.
    • 4.5 Up to two animals can stay in the studio at the same time. Only clean, well-groomed and friendly animals are allowed to be photographed. Owners are fully responsible for their pets and cleaning up after them (including hair). When taking pictures with animals the session must be finished 5 minutes earlier so that the adiministrator can check the studio. The administrator can stay in the room the entire time of the photo shoot, and maitains the right to stop the photo shoot if the studio rules are violated or the animals are very active or aggressive. We ask pet owners to remmeber that young children and babies come to the studio for photography and animals must not disturb them under any circumstances.
    • 4.6 Please do not bring food or soft drinks into the studio as they may ruin the interior of the studio or clothing. We always have fresh water for our clients to quench their thirst.
    • 4.7 In case you need to use additional materials during the session (e.g. cake, feathers, sequins, flower petals, etc.) you must know that cleaning time is included in your booked time. We ask that terms and conditions of this type of session be agreed in advance with our studio administrators.
    • 4.8 Please be careful! Parents are responsible for their own children's safety. The studio in not responsible for injuries or health problems caused during the session.
    • 4.9 Photo and video shootings that contain propaganda, pornography, racial discrimination and advertising of escort services are strictly prohibited in our studio. Photographers and models accused of such activities may be added to the blacklist without their conssent. The studio has the right to prohibit such people from entering the studio premises in the future. Unused services in such cases will not be refunded.
    • 4.10 Furniture may be moved around in the studio but the client bears full material responsibility if something is damaged. Don't forget that moving and rearranging furniture can scratch the floors. Therefore if you need to move the furniture around please use enough people to avoide damage to the floors and furniture. You can also contact our administrators who are happy to help you. After the photo session you have to put all the items in their original places.
    • 4.11 Clients bear full responsibility for damaged furnishings and equipment. They also are responsible to pay for the cleaning services in case they forgot to clean the studio after their session. The client is also fully responsible for the visitors staying in the studio.
    • 4.12 We kindly ask clients not to leave any garbage or personal belongings in the studio. The studio is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended and lost. All items left in the studio will be disposed of after 2 months.
    • 4.13 When renting a studio clients of the studio agree to the rules of the studio. Not knowing the rules is not ground for exemption from responsebility.
